Dean Allen makes use of the PAXI shipping service provided by the PEP Group, South Africa.

What is PAXI?

PAXI is a store-to-store parcel service that allows consumers, agents, suppliers and institutions to SEND, COLLECT & RETURN parcels easily to over 2500 PAXI points countrywide. 
There is guaranteed a PAXI Point near you with a PAXI point in every PEP, PEPhome, PEPcell, Shoe City and Tekkie Town in South Africa.

How do I select my PAXI Point when completing purchase?

When purchasing items from our store, you will be asked to complete your shipping details in the check out section. 
Please ensure that you enter your shipping/collection address as your Paxi collection counter most convenient for you to collect from.  To make changes to this or to reconfirm your paxi point, please Contact us.

How do I collect my parcel?

Once we have proceeded with your shipping, you will be notified and sent a tracking PIN from the PAXI Point.
Once delivered, go to the chosen PAXI Point and collect your parcel using your Proof of Identity (ID, passport or driver's license) and the collection PIN you received via SMS.

You have 14 days to collect your parcel once it arrived at your counter.  Should you not be able to collect the parcel yourself, please make arrangements with a friend or family member.

You will receive a tracking number once your order was shipped.

Once your order arrives at your collection counter, you will be notified and receive your collection pin - without this information, you will not be able to collect your parcel.  Please ensure your your cell number provided is correct.

We will happily accommodate you with an alternative shipping/pick-up method.

Refund and Returns

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In instances of damages or incorrect orders received, a refund or exchange will be available.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
